Finance /Treasury

The Treasury/Finance Department is responsible for all financial matters for the Town of Smiths Falls such as:

  • Taxation
  • Water/Wastewater billing
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Budget Preparation/Monitoring
  • Assisting in Reviews with External Auditors
  • Revenue Collection
  • Front line reception for payment of invoices and fines

Staff may be reached from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday to answer finance-related enquires.
