Public Input

Mid-report presentation/input session:  July 10, 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., Heritage House Museum

Ecouring participation in this initial and ongoing process is essential.   This project was inspired by community recommendations contained in the Turning Point Action Plan, which was a document of community recommendations for the waterfront, downtown, tourism and arts and culture in Smiths Falls.   It is supported by the communities desire (as noted in the strategic plan) to create a healthy community for all of us to live, work and play in.   It is also supported by the Town's desire to be a leading environmental community, another policy statement which was arrived at in a community driven setting.

This is a transit system you use every day !  Lets make it the best it can be.

Public meetings will be advertised on radio or in paper, posted in bulletins, facebooked, email broadcast, and posted on the web site and tweeted.  A direct mailing will also be done - just contact us and give us your name and number.
