George Street Reconstruction Update - May 2024

The reconstruction of George Street, between Strathcona Street and William Street West has been awarded to Campbell’s Trucking Ltd. Works commenced on May 21, 2024, and are anticipated to be completed this fall. The works will include the full reconstruction of the roadway including replacement of the water distribution system (including watermain, hydrants, valves, services to property line), removal of the combined sewer system and replacement with a new sanitary and storm sewer collection...
