Museum Hours
The Smiths Falls Heritage House Museum is currently available by appointment. For more information or to book a visit, please contact the museum by calling 613-283-6311 or by email at heritagehouse@smithsfalls.ca.
The Smiths Falls Heritage House Museum will be opening the first week of May. The museum's hours will be Wednesday - Sunday from 10:30 am - 4:30 pm. There are some minor planned renovations happening that may push back our opening date, stay tuned.

Land Acknowledgement
The Smiths Falls Heritage House Museum acknowledges the fact that Smiths Falls and the Museum are built on the land of the Algonquin Annishnaabe people and that as settlers of this area are here as uninvited guests on this land. The museum also recognizes that acknowledgement alone is not enough and that steps need to be taken towards challenging and unlearning the longstanding legacy of colonialism and racism across Canada.
Spring Carnival
There will be a bouncy castle, a performance from Junkyard Symphony, face painting, a petting zoo, vendors, a BBQ hosted by the Smiths Falls Firefighter's Association and more!
Please note that waivers will be signed on site for axe throwing.

This event is admission by donation with a few things for purchase (vendor's items, food, and the axe throwing).
